We chose Teddy on 8 February 2026, buying him as a member of the family. Not just a bear to own—a bear to share our lives with.
His face is the thing that gets us. It seems to change with his mood: sometimes content, sometimes thoroughly unimpressed. He may not say a word, but he is very good at judging us as parents.
He loves going out with us. Dinner out is a family occasion, and Teddy is part of the family. At home, there is the red blanket, movie time—and his own gown and sleeping mask. He has his own little life alongside ours.
His human grandparents love him too. This is not just a story about a bear and one owner; Teddy belongs in a real family, with parents and grandparents who care about him.
